♡Room ●Room is big and clean ●Place of the hotel is beautiful ●Guest rooms are at second floor and above ●Bathroom : Showerhead. Water temperature is easy to adjust. No tub. ●TV: Average size ● Wifi: Free. ●Coffee machine: No. ● Drinks. Complimentary drink: Yes. ● Other. Kettle, No. Hair dryer, yes. Slippers, No. ♡Services ●Reception and staffs are very friendly. ♡Car parking: free parking ♡Canteen/Restaurant: ●Breakfast: NA. They can book the breakfast at the Bäckerei & Dorfcafé Kaltenbach which is next building. ●Dinner: 1st floor (ground) is a big restaurant. Cooking is great at high standard. I highly recommend to try it. It maybe the best in the town.

5 stars does not recognise and allow this place to stand out from the crowd and just how much of a wonderful attentive service you get here. Staff caring, food amazing, veiws wonderful, decor beautiful. Thanks team for a great evening.

Clean, Neat, Comfortable. Food and servoces are awesome. Price is good. Wifi is free and powerful. parking is convenient. Commute to the black forest is simple and quick.

Perfect location, hospitality and food! The trout is a must have, with some black forest hills in the backdrop by the window seat.

Seriously good food. Huge portions, cooked to a high standard. Lovely wood panelled interior in the area we were sat. Prices very reasonable and the menus were in English.
